Food Ministry
Katie’s Kitchen is a food ministry of Christ Lutheran Church and operates on Tuesdays, providing a free lunch from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
Everyone is welcome to come for both the food and a time of connection.
Men in Mission and the Christ Lutheran Church Women
The Men in Mission and the Christ Lutheran Church Women (CLCW) each host community meals a couple of times a year. The Men in Mission host a Swedish Meatball Dinner every spring. The CLCW hosts a spring bouquet luncheon and craft sale and a fall social.
Both Men in Mission and CLCW are involved in helping to bring the traditional Norwegian meal of Klub (potato dumplings) and Swedish rice pudding to the annual Høstfest, held at the end of September on the ND State Fairgrounds. These fundraisers allow the groups to support several congregational and community ministries.
